Lil Wayne’s eldest daughter Reginae Carter turned 16 recently and her parents threw her an amazing 16th birthday party on Saturday November 29th in Atlanta. There were so many celebrities present to help the 16year old mark the celebration,The A-list of stars present include T.I and Tiny, Nicki Minaj, Fantasia and many others were there. And when it was time to get her birthday gift from her parents, Reginae got a Ferrari from her mother and a BMW X6 from her dad.
