POLICE ARRESTED TEACHER FOR INFECTING STUDENT WITH HIV VIRUS IN ADAMAWA.

Police in Adamawa State have arrested a teacher at the Tappare-Ganye Community Islamic Centre in Adamawa state, Alhassan Adamu, for allegedly raping and infecting at least one student of the centre with HIV/AIDS.
At least 13 students are thought to have been infected by the randy teacher though the police are yet to verify the figure.
Reports said the suspect started his sexual assaults on his students about 8 years ago but nemesis caught up with him when one of his victims, scheduled to get married on March 13, was discovered to be infected with HIV/AIDS. The victim’s suitor had demanded a health check.Adamawa police spokesman, Othman Abubakar, said the suspect would be charged to court when investigations are concluded. He added:
“We also heard that but whoever has a case should please come forward. For now, we are dealing with only one case”He also warned female students to be wary of randy teachers who would seduce them under for marks.
