Sports: Ethiopian side Dedebit arrives for Warri Wolves

Talking sports now....
The Seasiders' opponents are in warri for the first leg, second round encounter in the Caf Confederation Cup scheduled for today.
Ethiopia's Dedebit arrived Nigeria on Thursday afternoon for today's battle with Warri Wolves in the first leg, second round tie of the Caf Confederation Cup.
The team, made up of 18 players and six officials, landed in Lagos before being air lifted to Benin and later connected to Warri by road.
Warri Wolves media officier Moses Etu said the visiting team has settled down in Warri, hinting that everything is in place for the encounter.
"I can confirm to you that the visiting team finally landed in Lagos on Thursday afternoon but we could not get a direct flight to Warri," Etu told Goal. "So, we took them to Benin which is less than 100km and from there, they travelled to Warri by road. As for the Match Officials, they arrived on time so they flew straight to Warri and we thank God for their safe arrival.
"With their arrival, all is now set for the match and we are praying for a good weather on Saturday(today). We will continue to appeal to our fans to come out in thousands to watch this classic match.
"In Ethiopia, we have been told that we will meet not less than 35 thousand fans so if we can get about 20,000 fans here, it will go a long way in motivating the players for a good victory," he concluded.
Also.. the match commissioner, Al-Hadj Jawula from Ghana landed Warri on Thursday afternoon alongside match officials - Hassan Mohammed Hagi, Hamza Hagi Abdi, Bashir SH Abdi Suleiman and Bashir Olad Arab, all from Somalia.
The game will kickoff at about 4pm at the Warri Township Stadium today.
